Field Representation
We represent client brands directly to customers in assigned territories. Representatives work a defined area, present products and services in person, and answer questions at the point of contact.
Customer Acquisition
We identify and enroll new customers on behalf of our clients. Account details are confirmed with the customer at the point of sale, so the information passed back to the client is accurate and complete.
Recruiting and Onboarding
We source, interview, and onboard sales representatives for our own teams. Candidates are screened for professionalism and reliability, and every representative completes onboarding before entering the field.
Training and Development
We provide structured training, field coaching, and leadership development. New representatives learn the sales process before working alongside an experienced manager, and coaching continues after onboarding.
